Description: Yiannis is the soul of Eva Taverna: he sees to it that everything rolls smoothly. Yiannis, born and raised in Malia, practically grew up in his mother's kitchen. He has enjoyed working in the family tavern since 1984 and spent 4 years working in London's trendy restaurant 'Chateaubriand Tower'. Yiannis buys all-fresh ingredients from the market on a daily basis: "I want to please our customers and give them a taste of what honest home-cooked Greek food should taste like. Pure and full of flavour, as it all evolves around honesty."
